Returns and Refunds

🔁 Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on JetBrew products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • You must first contact Contact@gojetbrew.com to receive the correct return address

Please do not send returns back without first speaking to our support team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method
  • This can take 1–8 business days depending on your bank or card provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Then, contact your bank directly

📝 Notes

  1. Custom-engraved or personalized JetBrew units are not eligible for refunds
  2. If the return is customer-initiated (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping
  3. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, JetBrew will cover return shipping costs
  4. No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns
